JohnWell I’ll be damned if I was accepted by a big well-known university that fits all the requirements I was looking for. After my initial failure of trying to join an out-of-state college, I decided I couldn’t stop, and went forward and applied at another school.
After getting 3 amazing recommendations, spending hours on a Statement of Purpose, and sending in correct documentation, I am proud to say that I am now a student of the University of Michigan – Flint:
I am currently enrolled into the Master of Business Administration program at U of M Flint. My plans are to enroll into the Master of Computer Science and Information Systems and run through the dual degree program. Hypothetically, after it’s all said and done, I’ll come out of the war with two Master degrees. Bold goal, but it’s something I’ve been wanting for a very long time.
I must say, I am excited to start back up in the education system. I am a firm believer that education is a key to success and U of M – Flint will be the vehicle to take me there. I cannot say this will be a lone journey. I need to thank my beautiful wife as she is the one that is also willing to make and handle the sacrifices in our lives so that I can pursue my goals. I am so appreciative and thankful I have her as my wife.
With all that out of the way, I’m ready to begin. Thank you for this chance University of Michigan – Flint!
