In short, I passed AINS 21 B and C exams – with a lot of luck on my side. I say this because the amount of time I could spend on these AINS chapters were greatly reduced as I started my MBA. Once I started my accounting class, I had assignments due every other day. I spent an average of 4 hours a day on reading and homework. Thus, the lack of attention to my AINS course.
Regardless, I was able to pass AINS 21 by staying up late and used every little bit of spare time I could at work to read the sections and answer questions on the Quiz Me app. In the end, I came out alive. So what now? Nothing, I suppose. As I stated earlier, I started my MBA program, so all my time has been dedicated to that. I don’t see where I would have time to pursue AINS 22 and 23 to acquire the AINS designation; and I think I am okay with that for now.
In my mind, if I really wanted that designation, I can always pursue it when I have the time. I’m positive I will be able to find financial assistance to help pay for the exams; whereas my MBA courses, the school tuition will rise and I won’t be able to receive much assistance there.
So it was a short 12 week trip, and I completed my goal to finish the AINS 21 class. For now, I think my AINS journey is at a halt.
